This is an exploration of the science of biology and its connetion to the reality of creationism as a science.

This course is the foundation upon which the student will build an ability to interpret the Bible in one of its original languages. The student will understand the importance of Greek language usage as well as the cultural background of the text. This is a study of the basic construction of the Biblical Greek, including, alphabet, word structure and grammatical constructions with some vocabulary experience applied to reading and writing. There will also be an exploration of the use of various reference tools for use in the interpretation of Scripture.
Jewish Roots of the Christain Faith
and its impact on history. Worldviews, philosophical/
societal roots and their impact on culture and religion
will also be examined.
This 15 week course will introduce the student to basic concepts of psychology and counseling. It is not intended to be comprehensive in either area. It will consider the history and contributions of secular psychology, but will focus on biblical counseling. Students will become acquainted with key terms, persons, and concepts related to the discipline of psychology and the practice of biblical counseling.
