Individual personality traits of well-known leaders will be examined to better understand their approach to decision making, conflict management, cooperation and competition, and developing a shared vision and purpose.

In this course the student will learn the underlying theological, psychological, and sociological principles and assumptions of servant leadership. Then the student will learn to apply the contruct of servant leadership in practical situations.     

This is a study of organization, structure and leadership of the local church for promoting kingdom growth. The student investigates the reasons forgrowth and development as well as explores the problems that prevent growth in a local church

The basic elements of life in the "New Testament Church" are studied in this course.

This course will assist students in understanding Biblical Principles of city and nation transformation. The student will develop a plan to take the kingdom of God into three key arteries - Businees, Education and Government. 
This course is an introduction to the day-to-day responsibilities of the pastor, with practical teaching on the challenges and opportunities encountered in the daily shepherding of God's people.  
This a class wherein the student examines and applies the different spiritual disciplines that are essentail for spiritual growth such as prayer, bible study, and fellowship
