This course is the foundation upon which the student will build an ability to interpret the Bible in one of its original languages. The student will understand the importance of Greek language usage as well as the cultural background of the text. This is a study of the basic construction of the Biblical Greek, including, alphabet, word structure and grammatical constructions with some vocabulary experience applied to reading and writing. There will also be an exploration of the use of various reference tools for use in the interpretation of Scripture.
